Casement system with thermal break and high thermal and acoustic performance.

The AJi Hidden Leaf European Channel System allows the application of high-performance double glazing to meet thermal and acoustic insulation requirements.

With excellent thermal insulation combined with the application of an innovative product called ThermoProfile, the AJi Hidden Leaf European Channel System provides high levels of comfort and energy efficiency.

Aluminum profiles

Profiles with thermal break obtained by inserting 30 mm and 16 mm omega-type polyamide bars reinforced with 25% glass fiber.

Average thickness of aluminum profiles: 1.7 mm.

Fixed frames

Depth of fixed frames: 70 mm with triple chamber;

Profiles with thermal break obtained through 30 mm omega-type polyamide bars;

Fixed frames with double quick-clamping frame and alignment frames for half-frame assembly;

Crossbars with double joint for more effective clamping;

Fixed frames with external clip and 25 mm or 45 mm finish;

Fixed frames with external and internal clip for 30 mm, 50 mm, or 80 mm finish application;

Mobile frames

Depth of mobile frames: 78 mm with triple chamber;

Mobile frames with thermal break obtained through 16 mm omega-type polyamide bars;

Leaves with double quick-clamping frame and alignment frames for half-frame assembly;

Inverter profile with eyelets for better application of the inverter top.

Sizing and maneuverability

Minimum - maximum dimensions of the AJi Hidden Leaf European Channel leaf: 340 mm - 1200 mm (W); 340 mm - 2500 mm (H);

Maximum weight for tilt-and-turn windows or doors: up to 170 kg;

Opening possibilities: fixed, interior opening 1 or 2 leaves with or without tilt-and-turn, tilt-and-turn, and parallel-tilt;

Filling for double glazing from 25 mm to 30 mm;

Sealing ensured by EPDM gaskets (interior and central).

Allows opening with micro-ventilation.

Performance

System certified by an accredited laboratory, notified for Initial Type Tests (ITT) according to product standard EN 14351-1:2006+A1:2011 for CE Marking purposes.
